2024 was an extraordinary journey where design and innovation intertwined to bring memorable moments to life. From international trade fairs to iconic openings and launches, every step we have taken has reaffirmed the essence of Vondom: transforming outdoor spaces into experiences that inspire. Paris, Milan, Miami, Shanghai, Medellin and Istanbul have become meeting points where the art of stylish living shone through in every detail.
Encounters that celebrate design
In January, Maison&Objet welcomed us with a space that combined functionality and elegance, marking the start of an extraordinary year. In April, the Salone del Mobile in Milan reaffirmed our commitment to innovation, presenting the Luna, Origami and Skull collections. And September took us to new latitudes, from Furniture China to the Medellín Design Fair, showing how Vondom crosses borders and connects cultures through its pieces.
Feria Hábitat in Valencia, our homeland, allowed us to meet again with professionals and design enthusiasts in an environment full of energy. It was there that the Experience the sunset of design event gave us a magical evening, amidst iconic furniture and panoramic views, bringing together the best of design and outdoor living.
Moments that left their mark
2024 has been full of unforgettable encounters that have taken the spirit of Vondom to exceptional corners. The Skull Showcase, designed by Teresa Sapey, was a trend-setting celebration of bold creativity and disruptive design. In December, during Miami Art Week, art and luxury met in an exclusive event commemorating a very special anniversary, fusing our passion for design with Miami’s vibrant cultural scene.
Another highlight was the opening of our showroom in Istanbul, Turkey, a space designed to inspire and showcase the essence of Vondom in a key new market. This achievement symbolises our continued expansion and commitment to bringing outdoor design to every corner of the world.
Throughout the year, our showroom in Valencia, Vondom Mexico and our distributors were the scene of unique events that strengthened our connection with clients and collaborators. Spaces full of design and creativity where new collections, finishes and iconic pieces took centre stage, reaffirming Vondom as a global benchmark in exterior design.
Designs that inspire and connect
This year, our collections have been a reflection of the constant search for beauty and functionality. Luna, with its delicate balance of organic shapes and modern geometry, was presented as an ode to design that connects the natural with the contemporary. The Origami collection, inspired by the ancient art of folding, brought a minimalist approach that redefines outdoor spaces.
The Love and Gatsby sun loungers invite you to enjoy the outdoors in comfort and style, becoming key pieces for moments of disconnection. And, of course, our Milos collection won the prestigious Red Dot Award 2024, consolidating its place as a benchmark in international design.
New trend-setting finishes
This year, we introduced a range of finishes and fabrics that take outdoor design to new dimensions. Warm textures, inspired by the most evocative landscapes, and colours ranging from soft earth tones to vibrant hues, opened up a world of creative possibilities.
Each finish has been carefully selected to turn outdoor spaces into lively settings where design is not only contemplated, but experienced. It is a statement of our passion to innovate and create pieces that transcend the functional, telling stories through materials. A milestone that redefines the relationship between furniture and those who enjoy it.
